During the maintenance period, you will be unable to log in and make changes within your Nextiva Portal, your Nextiva Call Center dashboard, or your Nextiva App. If you use the App as your primary method of making or receiving phone calls, please be logged in prior to the maintenance start. If you are assigned to a call center queue, you will be unable to log in or out during the maintenance window, including the ability to change your ACD status. Be sure to log in and update your ACD status prior to the maintenance window to receive calls from the queue.
