We are performing underlying maintenance work to our servers in stages over the next few weeks. You should have received an email from us with the dates that your account will be impacted by this maintenance.

Tonight’s maintenance will begin at 9 pm AZ and end at 2 am AZ. It will enable us to maintain our technology standards and continue to provide stable, reliable service.
Here’s everything you need to know!
Will I be able to do any of the following during maintenance windows:
Make and receive calls?
Yes, users will be able to place and receive calls as normal throughout the maintenance window.
Access the Nextiva Voice portal?
Users will be unable to log in during the maintenance window. If they are logged in prior to the start of the window, they’ll be redirected to our maintenance page once the work begins. Any changes made once the maintenance window begins will not be saved (even if they’re made prior to being redirected to the maintenance page).
Access the Nextiva App (desktop and mobile)?
Using the Nextiva App for features like making calls and modifying presence will continue to function throughout the maintenance window, however users will not be able to make updates to features (for example, call forwarding).
Access Nextiva Call Center or the Receptionist dashboard?
Any users already logged in to Nextiva Call Center or the Receptionist dashboard will be able to use those applications, however users will be unable to change their ACD state (for example, Available, Unavailable, etc.). Any users who log out won't be able to log back in until the work is completed. Normal calling will continue to work during the maintenance window.
