Customers will be unable to access Nextiva Portals during the maintenance window, including the Nextiva Voice Portal, Nextiva Platform Portal (NextOS), Nextiva Call Recording Portal, Nextiva vFAX portal, and Nextiva Drive. This maintenance will not impact call processing, fax processing, or backend processes within the CRM, like automatic case creation or scheduled rules and reports. We appreciate your patience as we maintain our security protocols to keep your information safe.

Investigating - A subset of Nextiva Voice customers are experiencing inbound call failures to some phone numbers with callers experiencing a busy tone or an error message stating “all circuits are busy”.
