We do not expect any call processing downtime during the upgrade, although you may be unable to access your Nextiva IVR Portal between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM (PDT). There will not be any immediate changes to your service, however this upgrade will allow us to introduce more features in the future.

Investigating - A subset of Nextiva vFAX customers are experiencing the vFAX portal not loading, or loading with a significant delay. This does not affect customers sending faxes via fax machines using a fax bridge, or faxes sent via email. Our engineers are aware of this and are working to resolve it as soon as possible.
