We will be performing maintenance to our systems on Tuesday, 01/15/2019, for approximately two hours, beginning at 10:00 PM (MST) and ending at 12:00 AM (MST). Call functionality will be fully operational for Nextiva Voice customers during this time; however, customers will be unable to log in to the NextOS Portal. All portals and features will be fully functional once maintenance has concluded.

Investigating - A subset of Nextiva vFAX customers cannot send or receive faxes through fax machines using a fax bridge. Our engineers are aware of this and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. The abilities to send and receive faxes via email or the Nextiva vFAX portal have not been impacted.
