We will be performing maintenance to our systems on Friday, August 6th, for approximately five hours, beginning at 9:00 pm PDT and ending at 2:00 am PDT. Call and fax functionality will be fully operational for Nextiva Voice and vFAX customers during this time; however, customers will be unable to log in to the NextOS Platform or Nextiva vFAX Portals at times during this maintenance window.
We recommend that users who will using the service during this window be logged in to their account or dashboards before the maintenance window begins.
Customers on our legacy voice and trunking systems will not be able to make calls or access their portal at times during this maintenance window.
