The Nextiva Engineering Team will be performing required maintenance to the hardware for call recording. Maintenance will begin on March 27th at 9:00pm PDT to March 28th at 4:00am PDT. During this window, you will be unable to access the call recording portal during the maintenance period. No recordings will be lost during the maintenance period and you will be able to access all recordings after the maintenance has been completed.
