We will be performing maintenance to our systems on Friday, April 9th, for approximately four hours, beginning at 9:00 pm PDT and ending at 1:00 am PDT. Call and fax functionality will be fully operational for Nextiva Voice and vFAX customers during this time; however, customers will be unable to log in to the NextOS Platform or Nextiva vFAX Portals at the beginning and end of the maintenance window. Customers on our legacy voice and trunking systems will not be able to make calls or access their portal at the beginning and end of the maintenance window.

Customers with call centers are recommended to CLICK HERE to view a help article on maintaining your agents' ACD States without using the Nextiva Voice Portal. All portals and features will be accessible and fully functional once maintenance has concluded.
