We will be performing a scheduled disaster recovery test on Friday, 11/08/2019, for approximately two hours, beginning at 11:00 PM (PST) and ending at 1:00 AM (PST). Call and fax functionality will be fully operational for Nextiva Voice and vFAX customers during this time; however, customers will be unable to log in to the NextOS Platform or Nextiva vFAX Portals. Customers on our legacy voice and trunking systems will not be able to make calls or access their portal. All portals and features will be fully functional once maintenance has concluded.
