We will be performing maintenance to our systems on Friday, September 18th, beginning at 9:30 pm PDT and ending at 10:00 pm PDT. Call functionality will be fully operational during this time, however, customers will be unable to log in to the NextOS Portal during this window.
Customers with call centers are recommended to CLICK HERE to view a help article on maintaining your agents' ACD States without using the Nextiva Voice Portal. All portals and features will be accessible and fully functional once maintenance has concluded.
