The Nextiva Engineering Team will perform the required maintenance to ensure the health and stability of our servers. The maintenance is scheduled for 30 minutes and will start on December 6th at 11:00 p.m. MST. During the maintenance period, you will be unable to log in and make changes within your Nextiva account. The app will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes starting at 11:00 pm. If you are assigned to a call center queue, you will be unable to log in or out during the maintenance window, including the ability to change your ACD status. Be sure to log in and update your ACD status prior to the maintenance window to receive calls from the queue.
