Nextiva will be performing maintenance on 10/01/2019 at 11:00 PM (PST) for up to 2 hours. Customers will be unable to access Nextiva portals for up to 30 minutes during the maintenance window. This includes the Nextiva Voice Portal, Nextiva Platform Portal (NextOS), Nextiva Call Recording Portal, Nextiva vFAX portal, and Nextiva Drive. This maintenance will not impact the ability to make or receive phone calls or faxes, or backend processes within the CRM, like automatic case creation or scheduled rules and reports. We appreciate your patience as we work to keep your service amazing.
