On Sunday, August 18, 2019 starting at 9:00 PM (PDT), Nextiva IVR will be undergoing an upgrade until Sunday August 18, 2019 at 3:00 AM (PDT). We do not expect any call processing downtime during the upgrade, although you may be unable to access your Nextiva IVR Portal between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM (PDT). There will not be any immediate changes to your service, however this upgrade will allow us to introduce more features in the future.
