On Friday, September 10th, Nextiva will be performing maintenance to our servers. This will allow us to maintain our technology standards and continue to provide stable, reliable service. This maintenance will not affect users' ability to make and receive calls, but users will not be able to log into the Nextiva portal for the duration of the maintenance window.
We recommend that any users in a call center, be logged into their Call Center dashboards before 9:00 PM, PDT. Users will be unable to change their ACD states during the maintenance window, although phone calls will be routed normally.
