Nextiva will be performing maintenance on 09/20/2019 at 11:00 PM (PST) for up to 30 minutes in order to keep up to date with new security updates. Customers will be unable to access Nextiva Portals during the maintenance window, including the Nextiva Voice Portal, Nextiva Platform Portal (NextOS), Nextiva Call Recording Portal, Nextiva vFAX portal, and Nextiva Drive. This maintenance will not impact call processing, fax processing, or backend processes within the CRM, like automatic case creation or scheduled rules and reports. We appreciate your patience as we maintain our security protocols to keep your information safe.
